Mitsubishi FDC VSX-W units are compatible with PAC type indoor units intended for subcooling or heating large offices, commercial or hotel facilities.
The maximum heating capacity has been increased due to the optimization of the refrigerant with an electronic expansion valve and the use of a new rotary compressor. The Hyper Inverter outdoor units reach the set temperature very quickly, maintaining the nominal heating capacity for outdoor temperatures down to -8 °C. The flexibility of the installation design was achieved due to the pipeline length increased to 100 m and the industry's highest level difference (outdoor unit above the indoor one) - up to 50 m. The units are normally filled with a refrigerant for a 30m pipeline. This eliminates the need for topping up the installation and enables simple and quick commissioning.
FDC VSX-W outdoor units are equipped with a new, innovative M-shaped heat exchanger ensuring high heat transfer ratio with low airflow resistance through the exchanger. Due to the protection of the exchanger fins of the new outdoor unit, the corrosion resistance increases significantly (blue fins). Connecting the outdoor unit to a PC enables monitoring of the system operation status (MentePC software).
