Mitsubishi Heavy Industries offers a range of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ceiling-to-ceiling regenerative heat exchangers with nominal air flow range from 150 to 1,000 m3/h. These heat exchangers recover energy with an efficiency of approximately 70% and utilize it to preheat the outdoor air supplied to the building. During the summer period, the outdoor air is cooled by the exhaust air from the building. Energy recovery enables a reduction in the capacity required for heating or cooling the building. This solution helps decrease electricity consumption and, consequently, reduces carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere. Mitsubishi SAF-E7 heat exchangers can operate in Free Cooling mode (ventilation) or Energy Recovery mode (heat exchange).
