The range of Alfa LU-VE Arctigo IST industrial air coolers with one-way air flow, designed for use in cooling and freezing applications in medium and large cooling rooms. Air coolers are intended for work with natural refrigerants CO2, NH3 in capacity range from 12,00 to 300,00 kW. They are equipped with AC fans or energy-saving EC fans with diameters of 630 and 710 mm. Alfa LU-VE Arctigo IST minimizes weight (moisture)loss and ensures product quality during the cooling/freezing process.
The purpose of the shock chillers and freezers is to cool products immediately after their heat treatment. The rapid heat dissipation process prevents bacterial growth and rapid water evaporation. Thanks to this, the products retain original colour, taste, aroma and appropriate moisture.
Air coolers are equipped with a block fin tubes with square geometry. It provides a larger heat exchange surface area, which reduces the number of defrost, extends cooling periods, reduces air pressure drop and fans energy consumption. This solution is suitable for applications requiring high relative humidity. The large heat exchange surface increases efficiency in frosty or dirty conditions.
Arctigo IST coolers are equipped with AC fans or energy-saving EC fans from 2×1 to 2×6 pcs, with diameter of 630 or 710 mm with two noise levels (Δ/Y connection). Power supply: 400V/3~/50Hz. Air flow direction: intake from the block or exhaust through the block. Build-in thermal contacts provide reliable protection against thermal overload. The coolers are equipped with galvanized steel (MF) mounting spots as standard.
