We offer a series of Thermofin glycol air cooler with double block and double sided air outlet, bottom suction and discharge on both sides. Flat evaporators in the range of rated power from 1.7 to 12.6 kW, equipped with silent axial fans from 1 to 4 pieces, with a diameter of 350 mm. Airflow ranges from 1521 to 11836 m3/h.
Сase. The standard housing is made of RAL 9010 powder coated aluminium.
Block fin tubes. Copper tubes with a diameter of 12 mm. Aluminum fins with 4 or 7 mm pitch. The refrigerant connection is located in the direction of airflow on the right side. Heat exchangers are brazed in a protective gas atmosphere to prevent oxidation. TGDB unit coolers can be equipped with epoxy coated aluminum fins on special request.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with noiseless axial fans with a diameter of 350 mm, with a maintenance-free external rotor, IP54 protection class, F insulation class. The motors are thermally protected along the winding. Fans force air through the plate block from two sides.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrost of the unit and tray prepared for connection to the electrical box in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Trays made of RAL 9010 aluminum powder coated housing. Condensate drain made of polyamide, it has a threaded connection.
