We offer a variety of Thermofin glycol air coolers for use in smaller cold rooms. Flat ceiling coolers equipped with energy-saving axial fans from 1 to 4 pcs, with a diameter of 200 or 300 mm, forcing air through a block fin tube. They provide high-quality cooling in the range of nominal capacity from 0.9 to 8.6 kW. Airflow ranges from 516 to 5,223 m3/h.
Case. The standard housing is made of RAL 9010 powder coated aluminium.
Block fin tubes. Copper tubes with a diameter of 12 mm. Fins made of aluminum, spacing 4 or 7 mm. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right side. Exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere to prevent oxidation. TGMB air coolers can be equipped with epoxy-coated aluminum fins on special request.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with a diameter of 200 to 300 mm, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP54 protection class, B insulation class. Motors thermally protected on the winding. Two independent and freely programmable fan speed levels are available.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Trays made of RAL 9010 aluminum powder coated housing. Condensate drain made of polyamide, it has a threaded connection.
