We offer a series of Thermofin glycol air coolers with one-way blow, optimized for use in the storage of fruit and vegetables. Standard ceiling coolers are equipped with forcing fans, supporting the "Coanda effect". The advantage of this series is that the parameters of the block are optimized for this type of unit. In addition, the very low degree of drying out of the stored products is due to the large heat transfer area and the small difference between the inlet temperature and the evaporation temperature. Thermofin fruit and vegetable coolers are equipped with 2 to 6 axial fans with diameters from 400 to 630 mm. Nominal capacity range from 4.6 to 148.0 kW.
TGNA glycol coolers can be equipped with double-insulated, hinged AlMg3 drip trays. Installation of the polyamide condensate drain is available. A linear arrangement of copper pipes was used in the lamella block. Block fin tubes are made of pure aluminum with a pitch of 7.0 mm. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the left side. The exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere to prevent oxidation. Alternative: epoxy aluminized fins and medium connection in the airflow direction on the right side.
Standard housing is made of aluminum or galvanized sheet steel and is covered with a food-safe RAL9010 powder coating.
