We offer Thermofin commercial air cooler TOMZ range for smaller cold room units. Evaporators, adapted to work with CO2 refrigerant, equipped with energy-saving axial fans with diameter of 200 or 300 mm, forcing air through the block fin tube. TOMZ flat air coolers provide high-quality cooling with a nominal capacity of 1.0 to 19.3 kW. Airflow ranges from 403 to 6,204 m3/h.
Casing. Standard housing is made of aluminum and has RAL 9010 powder coated.
Block fin tubes. Internally corrugated copper tubing with diameter of 12 mm. Slats made of aluminium 4 or 7 mm spacing. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right side. To prevent oxidation, the exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere. On special request, TOMZ air coolers can be equipped with epoxy-coated aluminium fins.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with diameter of 200 to 300 mm, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP54 protection class, B insulation class. Motors thermally protected on the winding. Working range from -30 °C to 60 °C. The fans force the air through the block fin tube. Two independent and freely programmable fan speed levels.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Drip trays made of aluminium with RAL 9010 powder coated. It has a polyamide condensate drain and threaded connection.
