The controllers are designed to manage the operation of cooling devices in refrigeration showcases, counters, furniture and refrigeration rooms. Four basic versions (12VAC, 12/24VAC/DC, 230VAC and 115/230VAC) give rise to a range of products in various configurations.
A particularly innovative version is the 115/230VAC model with an integrated switch. Four relays and a timer in the same size as the previous ir32 products. CAREL offers the 230VAC version for manufacturers. It is more compact than others in the basic configuration and therefore more competitively priced.
The most models are equipped with a 16A (3/4 Hp) relay to control the compressor and with 8A relay to control the defrost system and evaporator fan. Besides the standard setting algorithms, ir33 also has additional functions: “Direct” (cold) and “Reverse” (warm), operation in the neutral area, condenser fan control, lighting regulation.

The controllers ir33 are equipped with a standard sensor Carel NTC, complies with the specifications of the EN 13485 standard, required for the frozen and deep-frozen products storage, according to the European Commission 37/2005 of 12.01.2005.
