Danfoss DGS range of gas detectors providing an immediate response to the presence of a wide range of different refrigerants typically used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, such as halogenated hydrocarbons: HFCs, HCFCs, CFCs, carbon dioxide (CO₂/R744), hydrocarbons (e.g. R290, R600a). Gas detectors are designed to help you comply with the environmental F-gas regulation and health and safety requirements for both new and existing systems, such as processing refrigeration plants, refrigerated storage, refrigerated warehousing, or other special applications or areas/zones.
Depending on the refrigerant detection technology, the following models are available:
DGS gas detectors can be used in stand-alone or integrated systems with real-time, continuous automatic monitoring using the Danfoss ADAP-KOOL® refrigeration monitoring system or building management systems.
