The range of oil separators OS.F GVN with a float, with a tank volume range from 2.1 to 7.8 litres. Oil separators are available with soldered ODS connections in sizes ranging from ½" to 2 1/8" and are dedicated to refrigerants from HCFC and HFC groups, as well as R290 (propane) and R717 (ammonia). They can operate with a maximum working pressure (PS1) of 33 bar.
The task of conventional oil separators is to properly separate oil from the compressed refrigerant and ensure the most effective return of oil to the compressor. This aims to maintain the oil level in the crankcase and increase system efficiency by minimizing excessive oil circulation.
Any contaminants that may appear in the system can be easily captured by a magnet in the float system at the oil outlet, ensuring valve operation in a cleaner environment.
