Danfoss SCA check valves ensure a proper flow direction. They can be used in liquid, hot, wet, and dry steam lines. Valves are intended for work with HCFC, HFC, R717 (ammonia), R744 (CO2), propane, butane, isobutane, and ethane refrigerants. Сheck valves with a built-in stop valve belong to the modular SVL product family. The valves are designed to open at very low differential pressures, provide favorable flow conditions and are easy to disassemble for checkup and maintenance.
The valve cone has a built-in flexibility to ensure a precise and tight closing of the valve seat. A well-balanced damping effect between the piston and the cylinder ensures an optimal protection during pulsation at low loads.
All valve bodies are available with different connection types and diameters. It is possible to convert a SCA to any other product in the SVL family by replacing entire top. The inner seal provides the replacement of the stem seal while the valve is under pressure.
Body and cap material made of a low steel according to requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive and other international classification authorities Valves designed to open at very low pressure drops (about 0.04 bar). Maximum operating pressure 52 bar or 65 bar. Temperature ranges from -60 to +150°С.
