Danfoss KVP evaporating pressure regulators intended to maintain a constant evaporating pressure and thereby a constant surface temperature on the evaporator. They are installed on the suction line of cooing and air conditioning systems. By throttling in the suction line, the amount of refrigerant gas is matched to the evaporator load. They are available with solder and ODF solder connections. Compact angle design ensures an easy installation in any position.
These regulators designed for application in traditional cooling systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration counters.
The evaporating pressure regulator can be used to differentiate the evaporating pressure in two or more evaporators in single compressor systems. A wide range of capacity and regulation from 0 to 5.5 bar. The maximum operating pressure PS is 18 bar.
